Using this website

By using 77swiperdeli.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order request. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

Menu and store hours

77 Swiper Deli is located at 2742 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10461. The store is open 24 hours; the deli counter closes at 10 PM. Menu items, prices, and availability may change. Printed menu photos and website descriptions are provided to help customers choose; the final price and availability shown at checkout or by deli staff control.

Pickup requests and payment

A website pickup submission is a request. It is not accepted or being prepared until deli staff confirms it. The owner desk records requests and staff update their status. Keep your order number and call (347) 293-6740 about timing or changes.

Where online card payment is offered, checkout is handled by Stripe. If deli staff cannot fulfill a paid request, the store will use its payment system to resolve the charge or refund. Bank and card posting times are controlled by the payment provider. Do not send card numbers or security codes through the contact form.

DoorDash orders

DoorDash ordering opens DoorDash’s service. DoorDash controls its account, delivery, checkout, prices, availability, and terms. An order placed on DoorDash is not submitted to the 77 Swiper website order desk.

Customer accounts and Google sign-in

You may use guest checkout without creating an account. A customer account can save your contact details and show website pickup orders placed while signed in. If you choose Google sign-in, you authorize Google to authenticate your account. We use the name, verified email, and account identifier returned by Google only for sign-in and account linking. See our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Keep your sign-in details private and contact the deli if you believe your account was used without permission.

Reviews and customer messages

Do not submit unlawful, threatening, or private information about another person in a review or message. 77 Swiper may hide a review from the public website while retaining the original feedback for owner review.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass account controls, submit fraudulent orders, or access information that does not belong to you. We may limit access to protect customers, staff, and the deli.
